Latest Updates 30º November 2021
Novas medidas temporárias e de precaução foram confirmadas após o surgimento da variante Omicron no Reino Unido. As medidas serão revistas novamente em três semanas.
Novas medidas
The following measures will be introduced from 04:00 on Tuesday 30 November as a precaution to slow down the spread of the variant.
- All travellers arriving at the UK must take a PCR test provided by a private test provider on or before day 2 and self-isolate in their home or the place they are staying until they receive a negative result (testes de fluxo lateral não serão mais aceitos). This new measure applies adults and 5–17-year-olds.
- Todos os contatos próximos de casos suspeitos de Omicron devem isolar-se, independentemente do seu estado de vacinação. Eles serão contatados pelo NHS Test and Trace.
- As coberturas faciais serão obrigatórias na Inglaterra em lojas e outros ambientes, como bancos e correios, as well as on public transport unless individuals are exempt.
- O Departamento de Educação atualizou sua orientação hoje, Monday 29 November, strongly advising that face coverings should be worn in communal areas in all educational settings by staff, visitantes, and pupils/ students in year 7 and above, a menos que eles estejam isentos.
- All educational and childcare settings should continue to encourage staff and students to test twice weekly using lateral flow device tests.
